LUXE LIVING FASHIONS — SHIPPING POLICY

At Luxe Living Fashions, each order is prepared with care, discretion, and precision. Our fulfillment and shipping practices reflect the same standards of excellence and integrity as our collections.

 


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

 

 

All orders require a standard processing period of up to 5 business days from the date of purchase prior to shipment.

 

 

Processing includes, but is not limited to:

  • Order verification and fraud screening
  • Quality inspection and documentation
  • Secure packaging and labeling
  • Carrier handoff preparation

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.


Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST on Fridays, or outside business hours, will begin processing on the next business day.


Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.


SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier performance.

Standard Shipping

 

  • Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days due to carrier conditions, destination, or external factors
  • Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed


Luxe Living Fashions may internally prioritize certain orders; however, processing or shipping priority is not guaranteed unless explicitly offered and selected at checkout.


CARRIERS

 

 

 

We ship using trusted domestic and international carriers, including:


  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined by destination, service availability, package value, and operational considerations.



ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

 


Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement after shipment confirmation. Temporary delays or missed scans may occur while packages are in transit.


SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY SECURITY

 

For security and delivery verification, signature confirmation is required on all orders valued over $300. Luxe Living Fashions reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order at our discretion.


Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled.


 

 

BACKORDERED & SPLIT SHIPMENTS


If an item within your order is temporarily unavailable or on backorder:


  • In-stock items may ship separately
  • Backordered items will ship once available
  • No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments


Clients will be notified if a fulfillment delay occurs.


 

 

DELIVERY DELAYS & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Luxe Living Fashions is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Carrier volume surges
  • Weather events or natural conditions
  • Customs processing (international shipments)
  • Missed scans, rerouting, or logistical disruptions


We will, however, assist with carrier inquiries and tracking investigations when appropriate.

 

 

 

 

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

 

If tracking reflects “Delivered” but the package was not received:


  • Clients must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation
  • A carrier trace will be initiated where applicable

For high-value orders, additional documentation (including a signed affidavit and/or police report) may be required to proceed with an investigation.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

 

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.


Luxe Living Fashions is not responsible for:


  • Orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Delays or losses resulting from address errors provided by the customer

If an order is returned to sender due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

 

 


International shipments may be subject to:


  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Brokerage fees


These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping costs.
